Is january 15th the magic date most schools send out more interviews? Or is it spread out? I've only gotten one so far and two rejections now, getting a little nervous, it would be awesome to just get 1 more interview so my future doesn't rest on 2 hours of talking...

I am glad you started this thread. I am also running out of patience. I called one of the schools i applied to, and they confirmed that they are waiting to hear back from all accepted students by 01/15… however, I see folks updating "Interview thread" with new invites…

When was the last time you heard from a school?

I would bet that the new interview slots are for people who had interviews scheduled and canceled them because they got in some where else, so there are most likely only a few being given out right now. Or at least I hope, still waiting for an interview from 11 schools.

In same boat

I'm in the same boat, guys. my stats ar 19/19/19 with only one interview and 2 rejections so far. Lets keep our hope up guys

I don't think January 15th is the magic date, schools have different interview procedures and schedules. I didn't hear from VCU until January 9th or 10th, interviewed a few days later & was accepted the last week of January. I interviewed at UNLV, Pitt & UKentucky in October and November, and I was in the 3rd or 4th wave of interviews at those schools. It's a 'rolling admissions' process so things are always subject to change, even up until a week or two before school starts!
