Could some CCOM students let me know about the summer research fellowship program at CCOM? What departments offer research, how much money (ball park figures), when to apply or who to contact. Also if any married with children students at CCOM can respond to what they did their summer between first and second year in terms of work I would appreciate any advice. I'm asking because I have a wife and two children, rent is so expensive in the Chicago land area and most people will not offer you a lot of money to work for a few months. Also, I'd rather do research and if you can get paid for it that would be great.
