Secondaries help

I just sumbitted my AMCAS and I'd like to start working on secondaries before I'm processed so that I can submit them before my Aug MCAT scores come out. I found some of them online but not most. If you have a link to the following secondaries, please post them. Also, what program do you guys use to type in pdfs or do you just fill them out? Thanks a lot.

I have been allowed to type on all of my secondaires b/c they were either edited or online. However, there is a free program you can get (if you really want the website, PM me, I think I have it somewhere) which will allow you to edit pdfs yourself.

NYMC has no essay, so there's nothing to really work on ahead of time.
