If the schools you are applying to have everything (verified primary, recommendations etc) except your new Mcat retake score and you indicate on amcas that you are planning to do a retake, do they still send you secondaries?

Would being complete with everything medical schools ask for (Mcat, primary etc etc) by early September considered late?

Yes, secondaries will be sent but the application won't be viewed until the new scores are in. Might as well wait to apply once scores are in.
