Secondary app "standardized tests"

Hello all,
I have been looking at different programs I want to apply to and I'm getting a little frustrated with all the little "gotcha" tests we need to take to apply. So far I have seen Casper, and AAMC PREview.

My questions are:
1) How many more standardized tests are out there besides these two?
2) How are Casper and PREview different?
3) If there are more, can we start a list of them here and describe them?

I appreciate your help, but these "tests" are nonsense and are expensive... I'm fortunate enough to be a non-trad with a decent career but damn... $100, here $400 there... it really adds up.
