Secondary application fee waivers?

I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of a D.O. admissions office granting secondary application fee waivers? Also, do you think it would be worth it to try and get a waiver?

i got a primary app fee waiver, and i think that you need to get the primary app fee waiver in order to get a secondary app fee waiver..u could check on this though since im only about 60% sure.
