Secondary Application "Personal Statement # 2"?

As I'm writing my UNLV and WesternU secondary application, I'm finding that I have about one page to include what I'm going to call PS2. What type of stuff did you guys choose to include in PS2? Is this a good time to talk about why you think the school is a good fit for you? Do you think this is a good place to talk about GPA upward trends? Perhaps talk about a relatively weak DAT section? I'm trying to get a hold of a admissions counselor to see what they think.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
