secondary application really confusing me

I need to do my secondary application for Midwestern University for Illinois campus.. It asks a question very similar to the Aadsas personal statement.

Other than formal coursework, how have your experiences (e.g., extra-curricular activities, volunteer experiences, work, etc.) prepared you for dental school?


I had a very nice and tight personal statement that addressed all my experiences preparing me for dentistry.. now how do I reword that for dental school.. or do I need to do something completely new..



I am so confused. I just blankly stare at the comp and I am stuck.. Please help me out!!

Should I write about the same experiences I wrote about in AADSAS and say how it also prepared me for dental school... or should I write about different experiences?? that is what is confusing me.

no, don't take it word for word from your PS, answer the question as if you've never typed up a personal statement. Your answer might address the same things founds on your PS, but answer the question truthfully

I had a question similar like this for another secondary but I forget which one. Basically I just answered the question, without looking at my P.S. and my AADSAS. This way you know you will be talking about the most important topics rather than just rewording your PS. I think my PS was more broad, whereas this question is more "how well are you prepared? and prove it."
