I sent out 12 secondarys and have only heard back from 3 schools that they actually have my file complete. My file should be complete with the other schools. Does every school let you know either by email or mail that your application is complete. Do you think I should call them to confirm that my file is complete? If I do call them, how long should I wait to call after having sent them my stuff?

Short answer, not every school sends confirmation.

Exactly, most of my schools actually sent me a postcard telling me that my application was complete. But not every school does so. It's worth the time to call those schools that haven't confirmed just so you can be sure.
