Secondary Formatting Question

I have a secondary form in PDF format. Is there any way that I can insert it into a word document and type in my information (like address, name etc.)

If you have Acrobat 6.0 you should be able to directly modify the form. I think that's how GW and Albert Einstein sent their secondaries.

I tried using Adobe Acrobat 6.0, but you can't modify the document...
 
I'm not certain how it works but I think someone posted awhile ago a technique on how to do what you need.

I think you need to print out the pdf and then scan it with a scanner. From there I think you can transfer the document to Word.

Maybe someone at a Kinko's can help...
