"Your application is considered complete with the minimum of 3 letters of recommendation." Does this mean that any additional letters uploaded after secondary submission will not be reviewed?
Here is the definitive answer: yes, no, maybe. Some schools will process with minimum required, others will wait for all you assigned. Some may start with 3 but will add others to file which then may or may not make it in time to be evaluated.
Most school websites I have looked at basically say they will take whatever you send them the first time if it meets the minimum requirements and won’t take a look at any you send later until after your interview. (note: My school list is biased towards the upper end, may vary across he spectrum of schools).
