Now I know most schools are rolling admission so its important to get your application in early so that you'll be ahead in the queue.

My question is: Is your position in the queue determined by when you submit your secondary or by when your secondary is complete (i.e. everything submitted including LOR and payment)? 😕

The trick is to get your secondary in front of the adcom before anyone elses. Since most adcoms won't review an application until it is totally complete, it is to your advantage to have your ENTIRE FILE complete as soon as possible!
