Secondary Question

I am currently filling out secondary that asks about if you've ever been convicted of a felony/misdemeanor, pretty much the same thing already asked on the AMCAS application. Back when I was in high school I was arrested for a DUI but charged with reckless driving. I'm assuming I should list both of these? I'm just not sure since I wasn't convicted of DUI if this would need to be included? Not trying to brush anything under the rug since I'm sure this will all come up in a background check, I just want to know what is needed for the application. Also if anyone could give insight into how detrimental this will be that would be helpful too. Thanks in advance.

If they only ask for convictions and you weren't convicted, you can honestly answer no.
If you were ever convicted of any offense, you should answer yes.
