Ok guys, I just wanted to see where I stand here. I am organizing all of my secondaries, and getting ready to fill them all out (daunting, I know). The only schools that I applied to that I haven't heard from are as follows:
Albert Einstein
Cornell
Michigan
Wake Forest

I was wondering if any of you guys know why I might not have heard from these schools, i.e. they screen for secondaries, there is no secondary, maybe AMCAS screwed up and they never got my name etc. Any help would be great.

einstein's secondary has been online since early july, as far as i remember. the school doesn't screen or anything, so you can go ahead and submit it along with a printed copy of your amcas app. (and the secondary is a snap because there are no essay questions.)

cornell's secondary is also online, but you need to wait until they email you the invitation before you can send it in.

both cornell and michigan wait for your verified amcas app to get to them electronically before they notify you to work on the secondaries, so if your app hasn't been verified yet by amcas, you may have to be patient for just a little longer.

i didn't apply to wake forest and so i know nothing about it.

does anyone remember the url for the page with online app links?

ok, with einstein, cornell, and michigan, I contacted all of them MYSELF via email...and then they said go ahead and send us the stuff 😀

One more quick question then, what are the email addresses for Michigan's and Cornell's admissions offices? Im thinking of following in Whatchmacallits footsteps 🙂 Thanks

Apparently Wake Forest feels it's on the brink of getting electronic transmissions from AMCAS, after which they will screen and send out invites to do their on-line secondary. See the thread entitled Wake Forest for the full text of their e-mail.
