Made a typo on a secondary--changed the meaning of a word by one letter, makes the sentence sound kinda weird if you catch it but in context what I intended to say should still be evident. Should I be at all concerned/contact the admissions office?

Nope. It's one of those mistakes you just let go of, and be more careful next time.
I agree. It's unlikely to have a negative effect. No need to worry about it if it is something you can no longer change.

The admissions is going to immediately deny you, and contact every other medical school to say that you had a spelling error and that they should also reject you.

Lol jk I'm sure you'll be fine

Let it go. Typos happen. Unless it completely changes the meaning of what you're trying to say, e.g. "I hope the patient didn't get better" instead of "I hope the patient got better," it's no biggie.

Like everyone said, you'll be fine. Admissions people are reading these things really fast too.

Not that I want to beat this topic to death but I accidentally made a typo also, however, it is within a date. It was in a question explaining what I am doing in my gap year and it said from August 2017 to May 2017 instead of until May 2018. Since it does change the meaning of the sentence, do you think I should update them or just cut my losses and realize I am going to be stuck as a RA for the rest of my life.

Do not contact the office.
For the future, be careful when submitting secondaries. Don't do what I did, and send your "Why X SOM" to "Why Z SOM" without changing the school name's lmfao.
