hey guys, just wondering, i know some dental schools send you a secondary application. i was just wondering if you have to write essays for the secondarys. i know for med schools u do, so if anybody knows, lemme know

Obviously it will depend on the school, but the majority of schools that I applied to did require answering open-ended questions. Now, does that mean essays, well maybe or maybe not, depending on how you plan to answer the questions.

Overall, the answer is yes--you may be expected to answer essay questions on some of your secondary applications.
