has anyone used this before? I have a fair amount of samples from a rep, but have no experience with it. I have a few patients that are non compliant on oral medications but have heavily involved caregivers so I was wondering if anyone has had good results with it.

I’ve used the patch on several patients on commitment who lacked adequate response to to Haldol dec. Asenapine’s binding profile is most similar to clozapines. I’ve had good success in the TR psychosis group.

Works in mild to moderate psychosis

Lol the guy above you said it helps with treatment resistant psychosis..the variable response of these meds is so interesting
The last reviews of antipsychotic efficacy that I've seen certainly do not show Asenapine as anything close to clozapine in efficacy. I think it's pretty clear if a company is making a black-cherry flavored ODT and a patch to market the antipsychotic that it is not magical clozapine without anywhere near the side-effects.
