security in CS scheduling

The "added security" measure of typing in numbers to access scheduling...I'm pretty sure I have 20/20 but it tells me its not verified...repeatedly even when I know I typed in what it says. Anyone else have this problem? Is this just one of those things we have to deal with randomly?

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one with this problem, as I've started to think I'm going blind. I've even started rechecking the numbers after I enter them and it still doesn't work. Maybe they want you to verify it several times before they let you in. Hopefully someone will complain and they will fix it.

Try clicking on the "verify" button instead of just hitting enter. For some reason that seems to work for me.

I guess our $1000+ isn't going to the web design department. 🙄
