Hey all,

So I have a new PIC at my store with no people skills....made the main tech quit today, evening tech about to transfer out to another store....

Should I talk to my supervisor about this PIC? What are my options here??

Tech offered suggestion to condense labels barcodes so we have more space. PIC says, I'm the PIC....you're being disrespectful etc etc

Tech had a question about Plan B with customer. PIC runs up and yells at tech in front of customer.

This is a new PIC.

Btw, my 2 techs work great with me, no issues with them whatsoever.

Because of this, I have no help whatsoever tomorrow. GG

I would talk to the "powertripped" PIC.

No help, then I would talk to the Pharm District Manager.

No help, update resume and find another job or simply transfer....
