We've all seen that episode. BUT, anyone ever notice how straight and white the guy's teeth are. Probably the best teeth is show biz. Being the germ freak that he is, I bet he brushes at least 3 times a day. In another episode, a girl is showing off her periodontist boyfriend to Elaine.
I've no prove of this, but I bet that episode was inspired by a real life incident. There are dinguses everywhere, including dentistry. No doubt, someone is taking care of the guys teeth. If I was Jewish and had a guy convert so he could make fun of them, I'd be fairly pissed too and would want to get even.
Anyway, I only mention this because of a previous post mentioning Seinfeld tarnishing Dentistry's image. Deep down, I bet Seinfeld has a lot of respect for dentists, and despite the jokes, continues to see them regularly.

Seinfeld was ADA spokesman (or was it Crest)in the 90s. His picture was on those free displays they used to send to offices to hold informational material.

It was the ADA, I saw it in my DDS office. It was a pretty cool add with a close-up on Seinfeld's teeth suggesting brushing regularly and flossing would make your teeth look as nice as his. Although I am sure he has been able to afford all the cosmetic dentistry one could stand!
