this is a silly question but what did you guys send with your CAS application as the self-addressed stamped postcard? was it blank?? where can we buy a blank postcard? 😕
 
i sent a self-addressed stamped envelope..... they sent it back to me after they received my application.
 
I sent a self-addressed stamped 4x6 index card (white; unlined). It was returned to me about 2 days after they received my application.
