Self-imposed pressure

Hi so I just started my DIY post bacc and I'm doing fine thus far. My issue is that I know I need As so I'm working my butt off. Sometimes the anxiety of doing well clouds my memory for the material. How do I keep this in check?

I actually used a visualization technique daily every day while studying for the MCAT, and I used it before each section so that it refocused me. Check out "Executive Toughness" by Jason Selk.
