Anyone have any follow-up on this issue. I heard it was still being debated or something? I cant find anything about it. It's amazing how doctors want to self-refer so badly even when the courts see it as abusive. And I always thought the stark laws prohibited self-referral. Guess docs know about all kinds of loopholes. 👎
