IRR is the only reserve component that medical folks haven't deployed from as far as I know.
One thing being in the Navy has taught me, is that if something sounds to good to be true, and its coming from the Navy, then you can garun-damn-tee that it is not only not true, but even if there is some truth to it, then they will still find a way to f$%$ it up and screw you in the process
