I have a quick question which might of been answered on here already, but I hope you guys can help me out. On the AACOMAS, are "semester hours" the same thing as credits? Like 4 credits = 4 semester hours? Could somebody please clarify for me, thanks!

And what are quarter hours? They list them in the instructions and how to convert them to semester hours, but I'm not sure what they are.
