Semester off to Retake Classes/Study MCAT Before Cycle

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
If you have time during the summer I would possibly do a retake or two but it seems redundant to take time off from college when you don't even know your MCAT score (which could provide some salvation to your GPA situation) and you don't know how you did in your senior year upper level bio's (which could bring your sgpa to 3.25-3.3 with hard work). I would see this as a definite red flag that would be tough to talk your way out of.

If you have to retake classes junior year then do it at your university. Check your UG policy.
I'm assuming you are a sophmore. Try to study for mcat this summer and take it later this year/early next year. Or you could wait til next summer

Concur.
