"Semi" Post-Secondary Experiences

I have a quick question about a "semi" post-secondary experience I have had. I was a lifeguard for three years, but two years of it I was in high school. The last year of being a lifeguard was during the summer of my freshman year, thus qualifying as a post secondary experience. I am just wondering, given that I have some other fairly solid activities(9-10), if this would be the type of thing to include in the application.

Also, did anyone come to a consensus on the validity and/or relevance of intermural sports participation. I was the captain of our intermural softball team for 2 seasons and a tournament. Leadership qualities perhaps?!?!
