Semmelweis University vs. Debrecen.

Does anyone have an idea regarding the advantages and disadvantages of the University of Semmelweis over the University of Debrecen (Faculty of Medicine)?
The truth is that Ive been thing about transferring to Semmelweis? Is this even possible? Is this a possibility?
As far as the Caribbean universities? would this be a possibility to transfer from an Eastern European school to a Caribbean university?

Any ideas is absolutely appreciated...

Well I am not sure but I think University of Debrecen takes oral exams over written... I read it on their website.. Other than that I think it seems to be a very decent university
