I am a re-applicant applying to both DO and MD programs. I have an excellent LOR from a DO doctor that speaks to my abilities on a personal level... Should I send it to MD programs as evidence of my general potential as a physician??
Could it possibly hurt my chances?? Would it help?? It seems to me a waste of a good letter to just send it to DO schools.....
I have two LORs from professors, two LORS from MD physicians (both excellent and also describe me on a very personal level) and the standard committee letter....
I want to do everything I possibly can to help my chances this year!! 🙂
Thanks for all advice.
