How do I request extra DAT transcript to be sent to additional school?? There is no number to call.
I checked online the instruction was not very clear.

Please help

Scroll down and click on "Dental Admission Test Transcript Request Form"

you can do it on line..

Click on "Test Score Report Requests" and pay by credit card (Visa, Master)

One more question how can we check our status to make sure all the schools we requested earlier on our DAT application receive our scores?
