if you are applying for EC2007, you should have already requested your transcripts long ago, and if your not finished with your app. you should at least be close to finishing it!

Dude you make it sound like hes late or something? They just sent the first batch yeasterday so I bet that me and him can definately make the second batch sent out.

hows that making it sound like he's late? everything i said is correct in and of itself. He indeed SHOULD have already requested transcripts, and he indeed SHOULD be finishing up with his app.
and after this initial first batch, they will transmit apps. every week or so, meaning you probably wont make it in the second batch if you still have transcripts waiting to be received (cuz then they must be verified/calculated GPA)
