I'm just about ready to submit my PharmCAS application, but I had a quick question about a transcript. I'm taking a summer class at UCLA extension, and it is the one and only class that I will take at that school. Since it won't be over for a couple of months, and obviously I don't want to wait that long to submit my application, do I need to send in a transcript now verifying that I'm enrolled in the class and then another one once I get the grade? Or will PharmCAS send out my application now and I can just update it when I update my fall grades? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You may update summer coursework during Academic Update. Just be sure to list your summer courses in the Planned and In-Progress Coursework section of the application to make inputting easier later on in December.🙂

Also, send in your summer transcripts once they come in instead of waiting until Academic Update.

Would it make a difference if you send in the summer transcripts once they come in instead of waiting for the update window? Will PharmCAS update the summer grades upon receiving them?

I'm pretty sure that is a no.
