Are you able to request schools to send transcripts to aadsas service before you submit your application since it will take time for the schools to send out transcripts?

yes!! do it asap!! send everything in as soon as you can including lors.

am I late in the schedule? I still have to take the DAT and don't plan on having my lors finished until mid-oct

I'm in the same boat as you. I sent in my transcript about a month ago and I'm thinking it's been received but I still need to send out my primary application. I have all my letters set up and am hoping the teachers send them out this week. I'm taking the DAT for the first time (and hopefully ONLY time) Oct. 20th and planning on faxes them the scores that same day.

The last minute crunch! Just get it all done as soon as you can and make sure you do really well on your DAT so you stand out.

Is it the transcript that takes the longest? If I sent in the transcript a month ago and send in my application this week, will it go through quicker? :-/.....I guess it wouldn't matter since I'm taking the DAT Oct. 20th and schools don't consider the application complete without DAT scores, am I right?
