Yes, you are right. If the school wants it, they will request it but they probably won't as Aadsas has it.

I believe only some schools want it. I know that Maryland wants one (from me at least).

well AADSAS isn't sending transcripts, just GPAs. I sent my transcripts to all the schools, as a precautionary measure (and it's free from my undergraduate institution). I mean in retrospect, I could have just waited and sent them out based on the school's request...so don't worry about it.

i spoke to a few schools and they said that this year - aadsas receives the transcripts and verifies them and your application isn't sent till it's complete.. so you don't need to send anything to the schools.. UNLESS.. the schools request them.
