Sending additional letters of recommendation on PTCAS

If a school asks for 2 letters of recommendation can you send a additional letter? Do you think they will look at all letters or randomly choose 2 they asked for? Not sure if it is seen as annoying to the academic committee or if they wouldn't mind it?

Any insight will be greatly appreciated!!
