I was wondering on the DAT score report request thing online

There are two options:

1)Have you taken the Dental Admission Test before? * Yes No (request is for future test)

2) If the answer to the previous question is yes, is this request for a past test or future test?* Score request for past test Score request for future test

For those of you who've taken the DAT twice or have know for sure, my question is what should i select for these two options above? If i pick Yes to question 1, then do i pick future test ? or past test?

Also does ADA send both my test scores to the schools i request?

I am not sure, but I am tellling you what I did. I said yes in the first place and they are going to ask you when did u take it. I just mentioned the date. In the next place, I said future Dat and you have to tell them month and year for future dat. And I added my past DAT scores because I don't have so far my future DAT scores because I am going to take future DAT in Nov.
Before taking DAT, you probably told ADA which schools u want ure scores to go, ADA guys will send ure scores to those schools. in this way, those five schools are going to get ure old scores. And if now you are taking DAT again, Schools u are applying to hold ure application until they got ure future DAT scores. If u are taking Future DAT late like me in Nov, I will call the schools and fax them my unofficial report until they will get the official report by ADA guys. Keep in mind most of the schools are not going to start at ure application till your future DAT scores are there. I hope this helps.

If you are taking it a second time then yes for the first question. If you plan on retaking but have not taken it yet then yes to the second question. If you already retook it then no to the second question. It takes up to three weeks to verify your DAT score and then they send out your scores. Call about 4 days after you pay and submit your request for test scores. Ask which scores for which test date will be sent. This is the only way you will know if the most recent scores are sent.

Let me know how did u do in Sept. bcz I saw threads about people doing even worse than 1st time. Even I m going to study only on weekands for a month w/ my school, basically it is going to be only 8 days before taking it again. If u can, plzzzzzzzzz let me know did u scores go up or not..........
