Sending in Interfolio letters after submitting my AADSAS application

Would it be possible to submit my AADSAS application but keep the LOR section empty (if my letter writers wont have their letters done by then).? Then once my letter writers upload their letters to Interfolio, can I go back to my AADSAS application and input their interfolio email address in the LOR section?

You can, but your application won't be considered complete until the letters get uploaded. I don't see much reason to submit your AADSAS app before your LORs are included.
