sending in LOE before e-submitting application?

Hi.
I am not sure about a few things regarding the application and was hoping if anyone could help me?
I've searched the ADSAS faq but couldn't find anything about these.


Here are my questions:

1. I was wondering if it's possible to send in the letters first before submitting the application?would AADSAS hold the letters until the application is submitted or would they discard them?


2. Also, do you need to do the LOE matching form if the LOE are emailed?


3. When I input the evaluator's info in the application and save the info, are the instructions emailed to the evaluator then or are they sent after I e-submit?
