I recently received my comlex 2 score and was wondering whether or not it is standard to transmit this score to the programs I am going to be visiting or to those I've already visited. Anybody have insight into this?

My first steps were strong but this second score is a wee bit of a dip from that.

a little dip you might want to release it... if it was big maybe not. some programs seem to score/rank you right after you interview. others meet right up to the end revising things.... some of your programs may require or strongly suggest that they want step two to rank you...two of my programs require it to be ranked and another strongly suggests it....

So I went from a 678 on I to a 611 on II. Are you still of the same opinion? Anyone else care to throw their pennies in on the matter?

I'd send it. A 600+ is still a very good score. I think most programs just want to see you have meet all requirements for graduation. One thing to keep in mind, even if you selected the automatic transmission it does not always get sent. I'm dealing with that nonsense right now.
