If we take courses at different institutions during teh summer, do we need to submit the transcript to each school that we apply to ?

yes you have to submit transcripts from each school you attended.

yes, you have to submit a transcript (with matching form) to AADSAS so they can verify the coursework you entered into their system. Most schools also require a separate copy of the transcript sent directly to them so keep that in mind.
