Just wondering, I'm planning to make the drive out to my med school next week to hand deliver my transcript because I'll be in town anyway to check out my apartment. However, I think that my undergrad university already sent a copy, do you guys think that admissions at my school would think it's annoying to receive the same transcript twice? Also, my degree was just recently posted so I'm not sure if my degree is printed on the one they sent. Would it seem suspicious if the one they receive directly from my school has no degree posted but the one I hand delivered has it? The date printed is on the transcript but I just wanted to get your opinion. Am I overthinking this? They're both sealed and everything. I apologize for the neuroticism haha. Thanks!

Wait so I'm assuming you're an accepted student about to matriculate? In that case, I guess there wouldn't be any harm in bringing your transcript over, as long as it's official.

But if you're just applying now for next year's entering class...then you're doing it wrong lol

I thought it was NOT allowed to hand deliver transcripts. You need to have your school's registrar mail it from their end.

I called my school and they said I can either hand deliver it or mail it in. I think it might be a better idea to have my undergrad's registrar mail it in directly to avoid any fishiness.

You need to stop playing the game. You've already won. You've already been accepted. You've now earned (and more importantly paid for) the right to annoy the administration and if your school is unsatisfied with the transcript you give them they'll let you know and you'll send them another one. No big deal. Stop overthinking this.

Whoa! Thanks for knocking some sense into me. I think I'll just go ahead and drop off my transcript then. If they have any questions I can always order another one and have it sent directly to them. Thanks!
