Sepsis and Apache IIs

I am trying to find a reference that gives average APACHE II scores for patients who have sepsis, severe sepsis, and septic shock. I am looking at a study in bacteremia that reports APACHE II scores. I am pretty sure that these patients weren't septic, but something tying APACHE IIs and sepsis types together would be very helpful. Does anyone know of a study? Thanks.
