I cant seem to find much info on how to become a Sexual Medicine Doc.....

would it require a Urology Residency or Internal Medicine w/ a fellowship in Sexual Medicine???

I don't think there's anything like that. Urology deals with sex problems for men, Ob/Gyn will be dealing with female sexual problems.

There are sexual medicine fellowships out there. It looks like there are mostly for male issues (probably populated by urologists).
