Does anyone know if the SF Match (people interviewing you) can find out if the applicant is also applying to the regular NRMP match of another specialty (to increase odds incase they dont match in SF Match)?

They have no way of knowing, unless you tell them. (Or if they spot you touring the hospital with some other department's interview group.)
