Sfu/ubc course equivalents?

Hi guys,

I'm currently attending SFU in vancouver and was wondering how I can determine which classes are are course equivalents to UBC's pharmacy program.

For instance, I'm wondering if UBC's MICB 202 is equivalent to SFU BISC 303 which are both microbi classes.
