I took Astronomy & Physical Anthropology (with lab) for my undergrad sciences -- would those be included in my sGPA?

Depends were the classes BogSci 100 or BogSci 200 level?

To answer your question, yes.

Go to the AMCAS manual for 2009 and look up which classes they count as part of your sGPA and which they don't. There's also a FAQ type thread on this forum that gives you a really detailed list.
