No, and I will tell you why. I had not sent in my 2X2 passport size photo of myself, even with everything else completed and turned into SGU and still I had to have that photo sent in to the admissions office before I was to be granted an interview.🙂

Actually, they granted me an interview even missing a transcript. Chances are pretty good that they recieved the transcript before the interview took place, but still...
