I don't understand the distinction you're trying to make. What categories are you trying to break things into and for what form?

Volunteer experience (VE) and Extracurricular Activities (EA)

I'm wondering if being a TA for a professor is considered VE or EA. I didn't get paid for doing it.

Also, I tutored for my school but they paid us......EA?

On what document? AACOMAS? I filled mine out a while ago, so I don't recognize the exact question you're answering. I'd say that generally volunteer activities are a subset of extracurricular activities. If you didn't get paid, then you could list it as a volunteer activity, but it would probably be perfectly fine in EA, as well. I'd place it based on where you have more room open.

It's not a question on a secondary......actually, the secondary app. has requested that i submit a curriculum vitae.....so i'm just tryin to get things sort out 🙂
