Shadowing: Clinics vs Private Practices

Hello, as it is I expect to have about 135 hours of shadowing by the time I apply this June but am considering adding a little more to be safe. I should end up with 110 at a volunteer clinic where I served as a chair side assistant and about 25 at a private practice (the dentist here offered to write one of my LORs). Should I seek out another clinic, private practice, or specialist?

I would shadow a specialist for your own interest so you have a broader scope of the field.
