shadowing experience LOR submissions

I am about to fill in the shadowing experience acquired and notice that all it involves is the name of the dentist, period of shadowing and a brief description of activities. Where and how does the dentist contact info get entered and if I have a letter of reference where does this get submitted? I thought its all electronic but they don't even ask for the contact info.

The same way the rest of your letters are submitted through AADSAS.

You enter shadowing under Dentistry Experience under Professional Experience. You submit the letter the same way as any other Letter of Evaluation.
